• For any return requests, please submit your request directly through our returns portal by clicking here
• Refunds, exchanges, and credits notes are typically processed within approximately 8 business days from the time we receive your return package at our warehouse.
• To ensure you receive an item that is available within our network, some orders may, in exceptional cases, be packed and shipped in multiple packages. Please check your customer account to view all the tracking numbers associated with your order.
• For any inquiries regarding a broken or defective item, please note that our workshop is currently closed through August 31. However, you may submit your request to us now. Our workshop will review it once it reopens, and we will get back to you as soon as possible regarding the options for inspection and repair.
