Transfer of Ownership and Risk
Ownership of the Products is transferred to you upon delivery to the address specified when placing your order.
From the moment the Products are received, the risk of loss, theft, or damage is transferred to the customer.
Receipt of Your Parcel
In the event of any visible irregularity with the parcel (damaged, opened, showing traces of liquid, or any other suspicious sign), we recommend that you do not open it.
You are advised to:

refuse the parcel in the presence of the delivery driver and request a damage report;

or return the unopened parcel to a post office within five business days.
Opening the parcel may prevent any claim from being made against the carrier (La Poste, UPS, Chronopost, etc.).

Any order not received must be reported within a maximum of 14 business days after the expiry of the announced delivery time.
Collection from a Chronopost Pickup Point
If your order is delivered to a Chronopost pickup point, we recommend that you carefully inspect the condition of the parcel before accepting it. Any irregularity must be reported immediately. If the parcel shows signs of having been opened, damaged, or any other visible alteration, it should be refused. No claim can be guaranteed for parcels that have been accepted despite visible damage.

For orders containing several items, we reserve the right to ship them separately. In such cases, each partial shipment shall be considered a separate delivery.

Returns: Exchange, Credit note, or Refund
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may, in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, exercise your right of withdrawal and return the relevant products within 14 days of receiving your order.
After this period, no refund can be issued.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

new, unworn, unwashed and unstained;

complete and in perfect condition;
-
accompanied by their original tags still attached;
-
returned with the protective hygiene sticker attached to the bottom of the swimsuit.
Defective Returns or Returns Not Complying with the Return Conditions
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have, in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the products concerned.
After this period, no refund can be issued.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

new, unworn, unwashed and unstained;

complete and in perfect condition;
-
with their original tags still attached;
-
accompanied by the protective sticker ensuring the hygiene of the bottom of the swimsuit.
Defective Return or Return Not Complying with the Return Conditions
Any item returned showing signs of wear, use, stains, holes, tears, odors or any other deterioration preventing it from being resold will not be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.
Each swimsuit is delivered with a hygienic protective liner. It is the customer's responsibility to keep this protection in place when trying on the product and to remove it before returning the item.
In this case, the refund process will be suspended and the item will be considered ineligible for return in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
If you wish to recover the item concerned, a flat fee of €5 for France and €10 for all other European countries will be requested to cover the shipping costs associated with returning the item to your address.
In the absence of payment, Maison Pain de Sucre reserves the right not to reship the item.
We recommend that you carefully check the condition of the items before returning them and ensure that they are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and accompanied by their original tags.

We kindly ask you to enclose the delivery note with your parcel so that our logistics teams can identify your order upon receipt.
Returns from France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, and Italy
A prepaid return label is provided for your convenience.
In the event of a refund request, return fees of €5 for France and €8 for the other countries concerned will be deducted from the refunded amount.
These fees do not apply if the item received is defective, damaged, or if a preparation error is attributable to our services.
Exchange
An exchange may only be made for the same item, in another size or another colour, subject to availability.
As soon as your return request is created, the requested item is reserved throughout the entire procedure to guarantee its availability.
Exchanges are processed after receipt and validation of your return by our teams, in accordance with our return conditions. Any exchange request remains subject to the availability of the relevant items at the time your request is processed.
For any request to exchange for a different model, we invite you to opt for a store credit.
Credit note
You may also choose a store credit, valid for 6 months and exclusively usable on www.paindesucre.com.
In accordance with the applicable regulations, the store credit may no longer be refunded after the legal withdrawal period of 14 days following the date of the order.
Refund
Upon receipt and validation of your return, we will process your refund within approximately 15 days. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your refund has been processed.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for your order. If you have a deferred debit card, the credit will appear according to the usual conditions of your banking institution.
The refunded amount will include:

Return at Your Own Expense
If no prepaid return label is available for your country, you may return your order to the address below. We kindly ask you to indicate to the customs authorities that this is a "return for non-compliance" in order to facilitate the processing of the parcel. In this case, return shipping costs remain at your expense and will not be deducted from your refund.

If the desired size or colour is no longer available on our online store, or if you would like personalised advice, our Personal Shopper is available on the website. You may also contact one of our boutiques by telephone or visit the nearest Pain de Sucre boutique.
