Pain de Sucre – Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer
The company Pain de Sucre, with its registered office at 503 rue Saint-Pierre, Marseille, is organizing a giveaway with no purchase necessary.

2. Duration
The giveaway runs from April 17 to April 30 inclusive.
The winner will be selected by random draw on May 4, 2026.

3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to any natural person of legal age worldwide.
Employees or any individuals involved in the organization of the giveaway are not eligible to participate.

Only one entry per person is permitted (same name, email address, and phone number).

4. Entry Conditions
To enter, participants must:

  • Sign up to the Pain de Sucre community via the dedicated form
  • Consent to receive marketing communications via email and SMS

Any incomplete or fraudulent entry will not be considered.

5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random on May 4, 2026 from all valid entries.
The winner will be contacted via email using the address provided at registration.

6. Prize
The winner will receive:

  • A €200 gift card, valid exclusively on the Pain de Sucre online store (www.paindesucre.com)

The gift card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Prize Claim
The winner must respond to the notification email within [to be completed, e.g. 7 days].
Failing this, the prize may be awarded to another participant.

8. Liability
Pain de Sucre shall not be held liable for any malfunction of the internet network, telephone lines, or receiving equipment that may affect the proper operation of the giveaway.

9. Personal Data
Personal data collected as part of the giveaway is processed by Pain de Sucre for the purposes of managing the giveaway and sending marketing communications.

In accordance with applicable regulations, participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data by consulting the Privacy Policy available on the website.

10. Acceptance
Participation in the giveaway implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
